Located in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, the Fayette County Mental Health/Mental Retardation (MH/MR) Program has been serving Fayette County residents for over three decades. Fayette County ensures that such providers, services and community supports are carefully monitored for quality and effectiveness. Care/Case Managers at Fayette will only recommend organizations that possess a long and successful history of treatment in their area of expertise. Once an agency has been selected, Fayette will work closely with the individual and the provider organization to ensure that every individual gets the support they need, when they need it. We also assist in the processes for requesting financial support and will assist the individual, as needed, in gaining access to available funding sources.
